Patient Update 01/06/2020

At the Sidings Medical Practice we are working hard to care for you, and to keep our staff and patients safe.

Your health and wellbeing matters to us.

We are offering medical advice over the telephone and via video consultation if required.

If a member of the clinical team thinks that you need to be seen, they will ask you to come to the surgery.

Please do not attend the surgery without being asked by one of our team.

For your protection and ours, if you are invited to the surgery for an appointment, you MUST provide your own face covering, a mask, scarf or something smilar. We are no longer in a position to issue face masks to patients.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

The Sidings Team.

To protect our staff and our patients, the Sidings Medical Practice will now be screening all patients who have a face to face appointment with one of our clinicians.

Patients asking to book either a routine appointment or urgent appointment will be asked to speak to a Clinician via the telephone for an assessment. If possible, issues will be dealt with over the telephone, but if required patients will be seen at the practice. Appointments will be made following the discussion with the clinician.

If you have an appointment booked, a member of the team will be in contact with you.

Please therefore do not attend the surgery if you have not been advised to do so by one of our clinical staff members. If you do staff will advise you to return home and telephone the practice.

Patients are also reminded that currently they are unable to book appointments online.

If you wish to have a conversation with a Clinician or have a query, please contact 01205 362173/ 01205 362556
