The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, fitness to travel certificates, private prescriptions, passport signing and some vaccination services. Our fees for these services are displayed in the surgery and can be seen below.

Travel Vaccination fees
The vaccines listed below are not funded by the NHS for travel abroad, therefore we have to make the following charges:

Our fees include the cost of the drug including carriage and VAT, a private prescription, practice nurse time and a small administration charge. Payment is required in advance of administration – cheques should be made payable to The Sidings Medical Practice.
