A Message from The Sidings Medical Practice
Following a CQC assessment in October 2023, The Sidings Medical Practice has been placed in special measures and rated inadequate overall. We have reviewed these findings, and accept the outcome. Working closely with our partners, we have put an improvement plan in place and have already made immediate changes to leadership and safety. We want to reassure our community that the safety of our patients is paramount. We are also fully committed to delivering high quality treatment and care and are proud of our staff for maintaining a good rating for caring. We are determined to build on this and are committed to working with our patients and partners to implement necessary changes and improve our practice ratings.
